How far in advance should I book your services?

To avoid disappointment, it's best to book earlier rather than later. A minimum of six months prior the wedding is suggested. However, it doesn't hurt to ask!

How long will the video take?

A specific date will be given in your contracts, typically listed as two months after the day of the wedding. However, the package chosen will determine the amount of time needed to edit.
I will always try to beat the given deadline to avoid any anxious waiting.

Can I review the video before it’s finalized?

Absolutely. You will receive 'draft' edits of the video before it's finalised to ensure you are both happy with the results. You can give feedback and ask for any changes to be made. However, after the third draft, if you still want to make changes (which has never happened), it will be an additional cost due to editing hours.

Can I help pick the music for the video?

This depends on which package you choose.
In all packages, copyright free music will be hand selected to capture the feeling of your wedding day.
However, in the Ultimate Package, a licence will be used that allows any and all music to be used - including your favourite song, the music you chose for your first dance or what you walked down the aisle to.

Can I get copies for my family and friends?

Of course! However, additional USB's will mean an additional cost. If you would like the extra USB's to be delivered in a box (as yours will be) this will also be an additional fee.
If you book the Ultimate Package and want 5-20 copies, there is a change with the music licence price, so this will add £12 to your total cost. If you would like more than 20 copies, the price will increase again.

What if I change my mind?

I know first hand that things can go wrong and unexpected problems can pop up, so I completely understand that cancellations might happen. However, I would really love to chat with you to try and make something work - I always think it would be such a shame to have nothing of your wedding filmed at all!

The booking fee is non-refundable from one month after it is paid. If you cancel within one month of payment, you will receive a full refund.

If you have to cancel after the wedding or are unable to pay the rest of fee, again, I will work with you, perhaps to arrange a later date or divide the payment up if needed. I would hate for anyone to have to go without their wedding film, especially after it has been filmed.

If payment cannot be arranged unfortunately video cannot be delivered.

I can’t wait to start working with you. Get in touch if you have any more questions.
